Give your routine a place on paper.
Organise your notes, programme references and questions without chasing a perfect score.
Keep the context with the numbers
A notebook can hold the programme name, session date, exercises as prescribed and questions for the next conversation with your trainer. Note changes to equipment or instructions so that later entries make sense.
A record is not a prescription
Do not treat another person’s log as a target you must match. Use your notes to support a discussion about a plan appropriate to you. Keep personal health details private, especially when using a shared app or spreadsheet.
